Shipping / Returns
The consumer has the right to inform Still29 that they are canceling the purchase, without payment of a penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 days (non-working days) from the day following the delivery of the product.
Returns are possible within 14 days in the original shipping bag and after requesting via email retour@still29.be.
We only accept returns requested through our return portal (label to be printed). If we receive a return shipment that was sent uninsured, we have the right to refuse it. If the shipment is not processed through our system and is not received by us within 14 days after the return request, we cannot proceed with exchange or refund.
Only items that are in the original and undamaged packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and invoice or proof of purchase, can be returned. Note! Sale/discounted items are not returnable. Upon receipt of the items, we can proceed with the refund. Refunds are always made in the same manner as the order was paid by you.
Under no circumstances will the following be accepted:
- used, soiled, damaged, or incomplete items (items are thoroughly inspected before being shipped)
- items with the label/Still29 tag removed
- Sale/discounted items are under no circumstances returnable! (size advice can be requested 24/7)
- items that have scents of perfumes, cigarettes, or laundry products
- items made to the customer's specifications
- items that by their nature cannot be returned
- Earrings and lingerie are not returnable for hygienic reasons
!! When an item is returned that falls into the above categories or does not meet the return conditions, we charge €6.95 for Belgium / €7.95 for the Netherlands to send the product back to you. If you do not wish this, we are obliged to keep the item here, and we cannot refund the money.
