How do I place an order?
Ordering is very simple! Choose your favorite product, select the right size if needed, and then click on 'ADD TO CART'. The product will now be placed in your shopping cart!
If you have your cart set up to your liking, you can click on 'CHECKOUT'. On the checkout page, follow all the steps to complete your order!
Once this is done, you will receive an order confirmation via email, so you can be sure that the order has been received. I will then do everything necessary to get your order to you as soon as possible!
How can I pay?
You can pay on our webshop by bank transfer, Bancontact, Ideal (Netherlands), Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. When paying by bank transfer, we must receive the payment within 3 days of ordering; otherwise, it will be automatically canceled. Feel free to send us proof of payment, and it will still be shipped. You can also pay with a gift card. To do this, enter the gift card code during payment. The amount of the gift card will then be deducted from your total amount.
Payment failed?
It can always happen that the payment did not succeed. In this case, simply go to "my orders" and choose "pay." You can then select your desired payment method again and complete your payment.
How can I best reach Still29?
If you have questions about an order or a product, you can always reach us via info@still29.be. We try to respond to your email within 1 working day. You can also always contact us via our Facebook page (messenger).

I wish to change my details.
You can go to your personal page and change your details there. You need to log in first.
How to return?
Returning is possible within 14 days (not working days) provided with the original labels and in unworn condition (no make-up or perfume traces). Due to hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return earrings and lingerie. You must always first send an email to retour@still29.be. Note! Sales items are not returnable! The return costs are always borne by Still29. After checking the returned package, the purchase amount will be refunded (via the same payment method used when placing the order). Returns must be made with the original shipping bag provided with our address. You can download our return label on the shipping/return page.
When can I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped after we receive the payment. Orders placed and paid for before 4 pm will be shipped the same business day.
I want to track or view my order.
You can find all orders on your account page. (click here to view them). You can also make the payment there if it did not go through.
